I began taking these vitamins during my third month of pregnancy, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my health. My struggle with toxicosis became manageable, and my bowel function normalised. Previously, I was often ill, but it seems these vitamins have strengthened my immunity. I took two tablets, increasing to three when I felt weak or at risk of getting ill. After experimenting with other vitamins, I realised these were the best as my health declined with others.
